Do I need any experience to join a class?
Not at all! There are diffetent types of classes to accommodate all levels. Also, each class includes variations so you can move at your own pace, safely and comfortably, regardless of experience. You don’t need to be flexible.
How do I book and pay for a class?
Use the booking page Book a Class to book a class, payment is done via IDEAL.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your booking up to 3 hours before the start time for a full refund. To cancel, simply use the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.
Are there any Yoga House Rules?
Yes, kindly follow the rules to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere:
Arrive on time – ideally 5–10 minutes early to settle in and have some tea
Silence your phone – put it on silent or turn it off completely
Quiet Zone – keep noise to a minimum before and after class
Hygiene – arrive clean and comfortable for yourself and others
Avoid perfume or strong scents – some participants are sensitive to fragrances
Leave the space clean and tidy – clean the mat and put away props
What should I bring to class?
Wear comfortable and light clothing for easy movement.
For indoor sessions – mats, props, snacks and tea are all provided.
For outdoor sessions – bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. For your first trial class a mat can be provided, let me know if you need one.
Are the classes in Dutch or English?
Classes are typically in Dutch, but we can easily switch to English if needed
