This 90-minute private Yin & Yang Yoga session (women only) is fully tailored to your unique needs.
Your session begins with gentle Hatha (Yang) poses to warm the body, improve circulation, and prepare the muscles and joints. It then flows into longer, deeply restorative Yin poses, allowing tension to soften and release where your body needs it most.
During your private session, the class can be fully personalized to your preferences and needs, including:
- Extra focus on specific areas such as the back, hips, or shoulders
- Adjustments in intensity and depth to match your comfort level and experience
- A choice of time and day that best supports your natural energy
The experience also includes: - Aromatherapy with essential oils
- The healing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls
- Organic herbal tea and dried fruit to gently replenish your energy
