This 90-minute private Yin Yoga session (women only) is fully tailored to your unique needs. Targeted poses are incorporated to gently release tension where your body needs it most.
In your private session, you have the opportunity to personalize the class to suit your preferences and needs, including:
• Focusing on specific areas such as the back, hips, or general stress relief.
• Adjusting the intensity and depth of poses to match your comfort level and experience.
• Choose a time and day that suits your energy
• Aromatherapy and sound bath
If desired, we can also focus on your personal goal or intention during the session. For example, letting go of stress, releasing emotional tension, or finding clarity. I will tailor the aromatherapy and sound bowls to support this intention. This holistic approach nurtures not only your physical body but also your mental and spiritual well-being.
