This 90-minute private Yin & Yang Yoga session(women only) is fully tailored to your unique needs. 

The session begins with gentle Hatha (yang) poses to warm up the body, improve circulation, and prepare the muscles and joints. This is followed by longer, deeply restorative Yin poses to release tension where your body needs it most.

In your private session, you have the opportunity to personalize the class to suit your preferences and needs, including:

• Focusing on specific areas such as the back, hips, or general stress relief.
• Adjusting the intensity and depth of poses to match your comfort level and experience.
• Choose a time and day that suits your energy
• Aromatherapy, sound bath, and herbal tea

With my guidance and a calming atmosphere, this session invites you to nourish your body and mind, at your own pace. Your practice, your pace.
